Circus Week
We began Circus Week with a circus skills workshop which invloved plate spinning, juggling bean bags and scarves and balancing beanbags and peacock feathers. A great time was had by all! Each class took part in a variety of circus themed activities which included designing posters, reading and writing circus stories, debating whether or not animals should perform in the circus, creating spreadsheets to work out the cost of a refreshments stall, drawing images of circus performers and circus themed science investigations. Our week finished with a Big Top performance where we dressed up as circus performers and treated our friends and family to some circus entertainment!
