Admissions

We would be delighted to welcome your child to our school.  Please see full details of our admission arrangements below.

As a local authority maintained school, we follow Oxfordshire County Council procedures regarding admissions.  Our Pupil Admission Number (PAN) is 15 pupils per cohort.

Applications for places should be made through the county  admissions coordinator, Matthew Noy, who may be contacted via email at:

matthew.noy@oxfordshire.gov.uk

We warmly welcome you to come and have a look round our fun and friendly school.  It is always best to see the school in action, rather than after hours, so that you can get a true feel for what it is like to be part of our school community.  If you would like to arrange a visit, please telephone or email Mrs Reeve in the school office to make arrangements.

IN YEAR ADMISSIONS

To apply for a school place mid-year in Oxfordshire (an "in-year" application), you must apply directly to Oxfordshire County Council via their website, as it's outside the normal September intake; they'll guide you on available places and the process.

The process:

  1. Contact the Council: Go to the Oxfordshire County Council website for in-year admissions information and forms.
  2. Complete the Application: Fill out the online in-year application form for a school transfer.
  3. Check Availability: The admissions team will check for you to see if we have a place in your desired year group. If we do, they will contact us regarding your child's potential transfer.

Key Points:

  • When to Apply: You can apply at any time during the school year.
  • Who to Apply Through: The Oxfordshire County Council School Admissions Team manages in-year transfers, not individual schools.
  • Oversubscription: If we are not able to offer your child a place, the admissions team will help you to find other local schools with availability.
